It is easier to read the text because of this layout. Red attracts the viewers' attantion. It distracts me.

You are so nice and you have such a nice smile that it is difficult for the clients to concentrate on the subject when they talk to you.

I can see that you burs into a laud laugh when talking to a client. It can be distractive for them.
