The task for you and your group is to make the description of skills more detailed and comprehensive in the job advertisment for a particular position. Focus on qualifications, skills and competences relevant for the position described in the text. Descibe in details cross-contextual requirements from professional, semi-private, personal environment. Consider carefully skills and/or competences that are not directly derived from formal education but are rooted in personal characteristics and experience, even thougt not cetified or accredited.

Things to consider:

  • Are these requirements and skills described in the advertisment coherent?
  • Do you think that to the job description/advertisement should be added any skills/competences ?
