In this activity you will be working in the same group as in activity 2.1, but your task this time is to play a role of a candidate for new job. You will be working at description of qualifications, skills and competencies developed by the other group in the activity 2.1

Within a group discuss on course forum which evidences can show the qualifications, skills and competencies of the candidate. List at least 5 evidences and group them according to the selected key. For instance you can think about what kind of skills can be evidenced by showing: :

• projects in which the candidate participated,
  
• text he/she wrote (eg. project interim report, article, blog post),
• presentation that he/she presened during a conference,
  
• video (eg. recorded from public speech during international conference, short movie from a workshop where the candiate was a trainer).
